These website Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the ordering, sale and delivery of Goods, and the use of the Website.
The website enables you to shop online for an extensive range of products.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original purchase shipping date, product(s) must be unused and in original product packaging. Please note that the shipping costs will be the costumer’s expense to cover if the item has to be returned.
REGISTRATION OF USERS
Only registered users may order on the Website.
To register as a user, you must provide a unique username and password and provide certain information and personal details to ZEEK DESIGNS, which can be used to login after verification has been completed.
By registering you agree that your login details will not be disclosed to any third party.
For security purposes you agree to enter the correct username and password whenever ordering Goods, failing which you will be denied access.
You agree that, once the correct username and password relating to your account have been entered, irrespective of whether the use of the username and password is unauthorized or fraudulent, you will be liable for payment of such order, save where the order is cancelled by you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to notify ZEEK DESIGNS immediately upon becoming aware of or reasonably suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your username and password and to take steps to mitigate any resultant loss or harm.
By using the website, you warrant that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and of full legal capacity. If you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) or if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, then you may use the Website only with the involvement and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
You agree that ZEEK DESIGNS has the full right to accept or reject your order.
PAYMENT
ABOUT DELIVERY
ZEEK DESIGNS provides two methods of delivery, courier and self-collection (arrangement of a location for collection can be discussed)
Please note our products have a manufacturing lead time of 05 -10 working days (Goods are only delivered after payments have been cleared and verified)
Your purchase will be shipped to you once the lead time for manufacturing has been completed. This will be from Monday to Friday. You can calculate shipping costs during the checkout process (please insert your preferred delivery method and address into the shipping calculator during checkout). We deliver all over South Africa. Extra Large items may carry an additional charge. Once your parcel has left our premises it is no longer our responsibility. Please feel free to contact us for the tracking number but following up with the courier and delivery will be your responsibility. We use couriers that have an online tracking tool for ease of reference.
ZEEK DESIGNS provide two methods of Delivery, courier or self-collection ( as per arrangement for collection)
For the time being, ZEEK DESIGNS only provides Door-to-door delivery or unless stated otherwise, for locations outside of Gauteng we deliver using Paxi & Aramex.
DELIVERY METHODS
Door-to-Door Courier: Parcels shipped using the courier option are delivered in 2-4 working days. Please provide a street address as well as a daytime contactable telephone number. A tracking number will be sent to you via email. Deliveries take place on weekdays only.
If, when putting in your address, the shipping calculator is unable to give you a shipping cost, please email us and we will gladly assist.
*PLEASE ENSURE THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE IS AVAILABLE FOR COURIER DELIVERIES DURING WORKING HOURS. *
WE DO NOT deliver via Post Net. If you have inserted the delivery address as Post Net, we will assume you work there. If you do not work there and still put a Post Net address down, the courier company will hold onto your parcel, delaying your order until you contact them and make an alternative address arrangements, this will be your responsibility once the parcel has been shipped.

ZEEK DESIGNS may, in its sole discretion, change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms and Conditions and make sure that you are satisfied with the changes. Should you not be satisfied, you must not place any further orders on, or in any other way use, the Website.

The use of the Website is entirely at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any risk or loss resulting from the use of the Website or reliance on any information on the Website.
